February Service Project

February Service Project includes sending cards and letters to nursing home residents to spread, joy, love and encouragement.

For February the Leawood Lions are sending love to nursing home residents with Valentine Day’s cards. As the pandemic continues to impact our area, Leawood Lions Club voted to send Valentine Day’s cards for our February community service project to help spread joy, love, and encouragement. If you want to participate, simply write a note inside a Valentine Day’s card or get crafty and make your own card.

If you know of any former Lions or have a special Valentine who may want to receive a card, send the name and address to Lion Vicki. All cards should be dropped off with Lion Vicki and if you have questions you can call or email her.
